Hartland Lubricants & Chemicals offers our Used Oil Filter and Used Absorbent Recovery Program as a service to our customers.  Our program covers three types of solid waste pick-up; Used Oil Filters, Incinerable Absorbents and Non-Incinerable Absorbents. Effective January 1st, 2011, 2009 Wisconsin Act 86 prohibits the land filling of these materials.
